Aviation Finance Solicitor
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Irelands leading Aviation Finance teams advising on the full spectrum of aircraft sale purchase leasing and financing matters.
Youll work on high-value cross-border transactions for top-tier lessors airlines and financiers collaborating with international counsel and specialists across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Draft review and negotiate documentation for aircraft sale lease and finance deals
Coordinate multi-jurisdictional transactions and manage local counsel
Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
Manage multiple priorities and ensure deadlines are met
About You
Qualified solicitor (Ireland or another common law jurisdiction)
NQ experience in Finance Law ideally with exposure to aviation
Excellent drafting analytical and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative proactive and commercially aware
