Description:
We are delighted to be recruiting a Structured Finance Associate for a leading international law firm based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded Finance team advising global financial institutions asset managers and corporate clients on complex structured finance and capital markets transactions.

The Role:
Advise on structured finance and capital markets matters including CLOs RMBS CMBS and other securitisation structures.
Act for leading international financial institutions arrangers originators and asset managers.
Support the execution of complex structured products such as fund-linked notes repackagings and lending platforms.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents including offering circulars loan agreements and security documentation.
Collaborate with cross-jurisdictional teams on multi-disciplinary mandates across the finance practice.
The Person:
Qualified Solicitor with 35 years PQE in structured finance debt capital markets or a related area.
Background gained from a top-tier law firm in Ireland the UK or an equivalent international practice.
Excellent drafting and analytical skills with strong commercial acumen.
A proactive detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
