Description
We are delighted to be recruiting a Structured Finance Associate for a leading international law firm based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Finance team advising global financial institutions asset managers and corporate clients on complex structured finance and capital markets transactions.

The Role
Advise on structured finance and capital markets matters including CLOs RMBS CMBS and other securitisation structures.
Act for leading international financial institutions arrangers originators and asset managers.
Support the execution of complex structured products such as fund-linked notes repackagings and lending platforms.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents including offering circulars loan agreements and security documentation.
Collaborate with cross-jurisdictional teams on multi-disciplinary mandates across the finance practice.
The Person
Qualified Solicitor with 1 years PQE in structured finance debt capital markets or a closely related finance practice.
Experience gained within a Top 5 Irish law firm Magic Circle firm or an equivalent top-tier international practice.
Strong drafting and analytical skills with excellent commercial awareness.
A proactive detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Confident communicator with strong client relationship management skills.
