As the Senior HR Business partner you will manage the HR function advice and strategic business partnership for all Quality Operations and other global functions working with senior leadership to develop and promote the human resources strategies for the organization and oversee HR functions and staff.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources Psychology Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 8 years experience in H.R. business partnering experience and wide range of HR areas including TA total reward engagement.
Labor Legislation knowledge
Strategic Planning capabilities
Well-developed interpersonal skills.
Must be able to interact with all levels in the organization.
Well organized able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft products.
Ability to lead and effect change.
This job requires 10-20% travel.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing site/clean rooms
Distribution/Warehouse sites
Prolonged sitting in front of a computer
Potential exposure to noise
This position is ONSITE (5 DAYS PER WEEK)
