RESPONSIBILITIES

- Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence product knowledge and communication skills.
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven leadership experience in a BPO Healthcare set-up for 3 years and up.
- Experience as a Senior Team Lead in a BPO set-up
- Proven knowledge of ASA CSAT AHT
- Bachelors degree required
- Excellent people management
