Essential Functions:

• Designs implements and monitors new and existing processes and tools for the continuous quality improvement initiatives surrounding margin and contract health for Multi Unit customers.

• Identifies and executes resolution of margin and contract compliance challenges.

• Communicates with leaders to provide recommendations for contract development to ensure accurate and efficient contract implementation.

• Collaborate with leaders to prioritize projects.

• Manage and develop a team of Contract Compliance Analysts who are skilled with Halperns systems and understand the levers impacting margin and compliance.

• Collaborates with department leaders across the business on both system and process improvement updates and ideas.

• Identifies continuous improvement of contract and margin processes supporting applications and reporting.

Analytics & Insights

• Develop and execute comprehensive analytics strategies to measure contracts performance and identify opportunities to optimize pricing.

• Conduct in-depth data analyses using various statistical methods to understand customer behavior sales trends and product performance.

• Translate complex data into actionable insights providing recommendations to improve sales profitability and customer satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with sales and account management to ensure that pricing strategies meet customer expectations while aligning with revenue and margin goals.

Reporting & Visualization

• Regularly present findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership explaining complex analyses in a clear and impactful way.

Strategy Development

• Use data to recommend changes in SKU mix package sizes or pricing adjustments that better align with customer demand and profitability targets.

• Ability to successfully communicate with departments and divisions and develop strong relationships throughout the Halperns footprint.

• Mathematical - knowledge of basic math (addition subtraction multiply divide and percentages).

• Create and manage departmental budget allocations.

• Customer Service - possesses strong principles and processes for providing excellent customer service. Includes customer needs assessments meeting quality standards for service and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

• Understanding of the financial profit external environment to enable good and timely business decisions.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with merchandising or analytics platforms (e.g. SAP Google Analytics).

Analytical Skills:

• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

• Experience with A/B testing forecasting models and statistical analysis is highly preferred.

Communication & Leadership:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of effectively presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
