Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Marketing Automation team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operating in large-scale databases executing logic-based segmentation and supporting campaign operations in a dynamic international environment. The role involves creating integrated campaigns using different communication channels mostly email. You will also learn about email marketing and social media strategies.
This internship is a great starting point for a career in digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate prepare and launch email campaigns
- Database segmentation
- Set up webinars and trade shows
- Conduct and develop reports on campaigns
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to create the structure for automated email and multichannel campaigns
- Contribute to developing and refining Ingersoll Rands email marketing strategy by analyzing past and present campaigns to identify areas of improvement
Basic Qualifications
- Fluency in English (speaking reading and writing) is a must
- Work experience in a marketing area
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
- Good organizational skills
- Analytical skills
- Being a team player
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to Warsaw Poland
- A valid work permit is required for applicants who are not EU Citizens
Optional
- Experience using marketing automation software (e.g. Eloqua MailChimp HubSpot etc.)
- Being up to date with current and emerging digital marketing trends
