Applicants should possess a bachelors degree with at least 1-2 years full-time work experience in the field of administration or student affairs. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage); good communication and problem-solving skills;strong organizational skills with attention to detail;computer literacy; and the ability to multitask under pressure and work independently as well as in a team.
