We are seeking a highly-talented Project Management associate to join the Mainstreet Chief of Staff team. This person will have the opportunity to play a critical role in fostering the success of both Mainstreet customers and our associates. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the enterprise to design launch and evolve programs and projects with high visibility and impact.

Responsibilities
Facilitation and support of departmental planning governanceinternal and external communications associate engagement community involvement event planning metrics management financial planning space planning and special projects to support departmental objectives.
Specifically:
Assist in developing associate engagement strategy
Lead execution and evolution of associate programming (including hybrid experience and recognition)
Lead Culture Committee and sub-committees
Support Mainstreet-wide routines such as All Calls and leadership offsites
Manage various staffing and organizational projects such as campus hire demand
Drive ad-hoc projects by confirming scope and deliverables and ensuring timelines and budget are met while identifying risks and issues/escalating as needed
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma GED or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management experience
At least 2 years of experience in Operations or Chief of Staff functions
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or military experience
4 years of Project Management or Process Management experience
2 years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences
2 years of People management experience
PMP Lean Agile or Six Sigma certification
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean VA: $117300 - $133900 for Principal Project ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
