Job Description

On behalf of our client a regulated brokerage we are seeking an experienced Head of LATAM to lead the companys expansion across Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional growth strategies building and managing high-performing teams and overseeing all business development partnerships and operational activities in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking countries.

Location: Remote

Working arrangement:

    Flexible location (regional presence preferred).
    Full-time role with frequent travel across LATAM.

Responsibilities:

As a Head of LATAM your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan for LATAM aligned with company goals.
  • Recruit manage and lead regional sales & business development teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs affiliates and institutional partners across LATAM.
  • Oversee revenue growth and client acquisition in markets including Mexico Colombia Argentina Chile and Brazil.
  • Monitor and analyze regional market trends competition and regulations providing insights to HQ.
  • Represent the company at regional events expos and conferences.
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance Marketing Payments Customer Support) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and business forecasts for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing or related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Minimum 710 years experience in business development or senior management within the Forex Financial Services or iGaming industries.
  • Proven track record of building successful business operations in the LATAM region.
  • Strong network of IBs affiliates and institutional partners in LATAM.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently across Latin America.
