About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort:
Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course Bandon Preserve and the new Shortys opened in 2024. The two short courses are Courses with a Mission with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

What Youll Do
- Be the go-to guide. Book update and customize reservations tailored to individual or group needslodging tee times dining or adventures.
- Communicate like a pro. Answer calls and emails with professionalism warmth and a genuine desire to help.
- Anticipate needs. Update guest profiles follow up with inquiries and ensure thoughtful handling of every detail.
- Spread positivity. Collaborate with a dynamic team to foster growth success and a little fun.
- Stay sharp. Keep track of daily tasks and master the art of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Be flexible. Volunteer to help with data entry administrative duties or operating the multi-line phone system when needed.
What You Bring
- Hospitality or customer service experience (bonus points if youve worked in a similar role).
- A warm friendly attitude with top-notch verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
- A knack for organization math and problem-solving under pressure.
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office toolsspeedy and accurate typing is a must.
- The ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Professionalism in every interaction whether over the phone email or in person.
