Aufgabenbeschreibung:
Beauftragung von Sonderfahrten bei Transportdienstleistern
Gewhrleistung der pnktlichen Verfgbarkeit von Ressourcen sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Transportverlaufs
Identifizierung von Abweichungen (z. B durch schlechtes Wetter Stau Unflle Streik) und Einleitung von geeigneten Korrekturmanahme
Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation mit allen beteiligten Schnittstellen (z.B. interne operative Abteilungen externe Transportdienstleister)
Kontrolle der Fahrzeugauslastung
Sicherstellung effizienter Transportabwicklung und Kostenoptimierung
Ihre Qualifikation
Abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Ausbildung (wnschenswert Speditionskaufmann/frau)
Kenntnisse von Transportprozessen
Mndliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
Teamfhigkeit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
Geografische Kenntnisse
Bereitschaft zu wechselnden Arbeitszeiten / Nachtschicht
