Job Summary
Job Description
- Plan and issue Purchase Orders for all Packaging and assigned raw materials.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials
- Handle quality complaints in supply make arrangements for sorting replacement and eliminate the root cause.
- Packaging development based on given Mechanical and Artwork; arrange Epsons blank samples and online proofing.
- Carry out vendor evaluation rating and certification on the basis of manufacturing capability and capacity quality management standards and on-time deliveries.
- Evaluate sales forecasts and production planning to identify changes and determine their effect on supply chain activities for taking action accordingly.
- Ensure optimum stock level and keep a strong vigilance on SLOB (Slow and Obsolete Material) and Excess stock
Prepare supply schedules in line with the production requirement of manufacturing plants. - Evaluate the rice increase demand of various suppliers based on cost drivers and competitive prices; prepare a proposal for approval.
- Keep track of price trends and technologies for major direct raw materials and commodities.
Qualification & Experience :
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Supply Chain
- Fresh candidates can apply
