We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for niche domains. This role involves executive-level talent sourcing candidate engagement and ensuring seamless recruitment delivery while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive and niche roles.
- Source candidates via job portals LinkedIn referrals and networks.
- Maintain and update ATS records and dashboards.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews documentation and onboarding.
- Represent the company brand while engaging with candidates.
- Support special hiring projects within defined SLAs and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- BBA/MBA in HR (or related field).
- 2 to 4 years recruitment experience (Executive Search/HR Outsourcing/Tech preferred).
- Proficient in ATS HRMS/ERP tools job portals and MS Office.
- Strong communication organizational and relationship-building skills.
