Job Summary

Job Description :

Maintain and manage the office and plant IT infrastructure including LAN Wi-Fi desktops servers and printers.
Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage user accounts system access data backups and basic cybersecurity measures.
Coordinate with external vendors for internet services domain management and cloud-related solutions.
Provide technical support for ERP systems ensuring user issues are resolved efficiently.
Assist with social media management from an IT support perspective (access tools connectivity etc.).
Ensure timely resolution of IT-related requests and maintain proper documentation of IT activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

BCS / MCS / Diploma in IT
Relevant certifications such as MCSA or CCNA.
2- 3 years of experience in a related industry or similar IT support role preferred
