A Day in the Life
As a Marketing Intern you will support the international Western Europe Enterprise Accounts and EurAsia Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) marketing team in impactful projects aimed at strengthening brand visibility and accelerating the execution of omnichannel campaigns. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare environment while developing your skills in digital marketing content creation and AI-driven innovation.
Internship details:
Start date: September/October
Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)
Working hours: 20-40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
Working model: remote / hybrid
Location: the Netherlands
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Campaigns & Content Creation:
Create engaging marketing materials including images videos infographics and written content
Maintain and update the intranet to ensure accuracy clarity and relevance
Support the planning and execution of internal and external omnichannel campaigns
Analytics & Reporting:
Analyse campaign and communication performance data
Design and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and campaign metrics
Assist in the creation of strategic marketing reports
AI & Innovation:
Explore and apply AI tools (e.g. generative design content automation analytics enhancement) to boost marketing efficiency and creativity
Support AI-related marketing projects and contribute ideas for smart automation
Required Knowledge:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Marketing Design Communications or a related field
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience in content creation graphic design and video editing (familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Clipchamp)
Familiarity with content management platforms (e.g. WordPress AEM)
Basic knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools (e.g. Google Analytics Excel)
Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
Proactive well-organized and eager to learn
Would be a plus:
Knowledge of Dutch and/or German would be a plus
Familiarity with social media management tools
Interest in or familiarity with AI tools (e.g. generative design ChatGPT etc.)
