Lead Sales Associate beem light sauna
Location: Lees Summit MO
Compensation: $17-$19 per hour commissions
Job Type: Full-Time Flexible Shifts Retail Hours

At beem light sauna were redefining self-care and wellness through innovative light therapy experiences. Our mission is simple: to help our community look feel and live better. Were a growing boutique wellness studio in Lees Summit and were looking for a driven Lead Sales Associate to join our team.
What Youll Do
As the Lead Sales Associate youll play a vital role in growing our studio and building lasting relationships with members. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer-facing environment and is motivated by results.

Make 50 outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads

Generate new leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel

Confidently sell memberships and wellness packages

Deliver an exceptional welcoming in-studio experience

Track leads and sales in our CRM system

Create and share engaging social media content to increase brand awareness and drive leads

Support daily retail and studio operations
What Were Looking For

Proven success in sales or retail (wellness/fitness industry a plus)

Strong communication skills both in-person and over the phone

Comfortable creating social media content (Instagram Facebook TikTok preferred)

Motivated by meeting and exceeding daily/weekly sales goals

Organized and comfortable managing leads and CRM systems

Passionate about wellness health or fitness services

Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends
Schedule
We operate under standard retail hours:

Mon-Thu: 8 AM 8 PM
-
FriSat: 8 AM 5 PM
-
Sun: 9 AM 3 PM
You wont be scheduled for every shift but flexibility for varied shifts is required.
