JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Office of Student Leadership and Involvement is seeking applicants for part-time job of UPAC Graduate Student Employee.
Job duties to include:
Support student requiring help in the UPAC office providing information and support to students advisors and others learning how to navigate the UPAC process
Refer students club advisors and others to UPAC advisors when needed
Add new budget requests on Discover to UPAC database in Microsoft Excel
Comment on budget requests in Discover after adding to database or after filling out worksheet
Providing support to the administrative team with sending out allocation letters
Maintaining the UPAC inbox with the support of other UPAC administrative team
Requirements qualifications and/or competencies:
- Knowledge of UPAC policies and procedures
- Knowledge of the Discover platform
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Teams
Schedule:
- 15-20 hours per week
Compensation:
- The starting rate for this job is $16.50
