Position Summary
As our Senior Manager Employee Experience youll lead the strategy and execution of programs that shape how employees feel connect and grow at our company. Your work will touch every stage of the employee journey from onboarding to development engagement and culture ensuring that our people feel valued supported and inspired to do their best work.
-Develop and own the companys employee experience strategy aligned to our mission values and business goals.
-Design and implement programs that enhance engagement belonging and wellbeing.
-Partner with HR internal communications Culture&Belonging and leadership to ensure a seamless people-centered journey from hire to retire.
-Lead and analyze employee feedback mechanisms (surveys focus groups listening sessions) to inform and continuously improve initiatives.
-Champion culture and recognition programs that celebrate and reinforce our values.
-Collaborate on workspace and digital experience projects to ensure environments that support connection and productivity.
- Use data and insights to measure the impact of employee experience initiatives and present to executive leadership.
-6-10 years in HR culture or employee engagement roles including leadership experience.
-Passionate about building inclusive purpose-driven workplaces.
-Strong communicator and relationship-builder across all levels of the organization.
-Data-driven and curious: you seek out feedback and turn insights into action.
-Comfortable leading change and influencing without direct authority.
This role is hybrid but it requires you to be physically based in our San Francisco CA Global HQ three days a week.
Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills experience qualifications location and comparison to other employees already in this addition to the base salary certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements. The Hiring Range For This Position Is $111000 - $164000.
