Job Description
- Prospect and acquire new accounts daily and weekly through targeted outreach networking and leveraging existing customer relationships.
- Drive sales growth by qualifying leads presenting solutions and closing opportunities in a fast-paced problem-solving environment.
- Make quick informed decisions to meet customer needs on the spot ensuring exceptional service in the hydraulic and industrial sector.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3-5 years of sales experience preferred (ideally in B2B industrial automotive or service-based roles) but were open to motivated candidates with transferable skillsour comprehensive training will set you up for success!
- Strong communication skills to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Positive resilient attitude with a self-motivated drive to exceed targets.
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license (as this role involves travel within your territory).
