NIGHT SERVICE MANAGER - Chino CA (approx 5:30pm for 8-hour shifts)
Lewis Apartment Communitiesis actively recruiting a full-time personable and responsible individual for the important position of Night Service Manager atHomecoming at The Preserve our large upscale Lewis-owned community in Chino CA.
More about your new career:
This full-time evening/night position (approx. 5:30pm for 8-hour shifts) would supervise the community by enforcing rules and regulations positively and proactively. Parking enforcement property patrols minor maintenance troubleshooting to assist our residents and an overall customer service-first approach to Lewis residents will be just part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications & duties for success:
-Previous experience working with the public/customers enforcing policies and/or business rules
-Acting as a liaison with city/county police fire and other emergency services
-Top candidates will have the ability to handle stressful situations professionally self-supervise and work independently
Note: Other duties may be assigned as needed. Drug screen & Background performed upon hire.
Salary & Perks:
In addition to your competitive hourly wage of $23.50/hour Lewis offers $60/month cellphone allowance annual bonus and raise potential a variety of health benefits 401k with company match and much more. Days off are Monday/Tues.
