Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Strategy
- Be fully accountable for the delivery of all financial and execution Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned customers.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans that maximize value and deliver sustainable profitable growth.
- Analyze market trends competitor movements and customer strategies to identify business opportunities and develop actionable plans.
- Lead the annual trading terms negotiations and the development of the for major customers large format hypermarket.
Customer Relationships
- Establish and maintain strategic collaborative relationships with key customer stakeholders including buyers and category managers.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance review strategy and align on future initiatives.
In-store and Promotional Execution
- Monitor category performance against market benchmarks and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and activities. Implement corrective action as needed to stay on target.
- Ensure winning at the shelf by striving for Perfect Store excellence through optimal product availability visibility and placement.
- Continuously monitor sales and promotions to ensure flawless execution and operational efficiency.
- Conduct a post-evaluation of promotional spending to determine Return on Investment (ROI) and inform future planning.
Internal Collaboration & Operations
- Support the Group Key Account Manager in organizing accurate sales forecasts to meet monthly targets.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the ordering process and demand fulfillment and promptly address any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and present key information to the Sales Planning Team including promotional details new products and campaign updates during team conferences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Trade Marketing (TMKT) Marketing (MKT) the Brand/Channel Activation field team and Customer Service to drive overall business success.
- Regularly visit the store floor to gather actionable shopper insights and funnel recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the FMCG sector with a strong background in the Modern Trade channel.
- Demonstrated experience managing major retail accounts ideally with experience working with large format hypermarket.
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data market trends and financial reports.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful Business Plans.
- Cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in both verbal and written English and Thai.
