Job Summary
We are looking for a service-minded and positive Site Support Technician to join our team in Horten Norway. This is a one-year assignment where you will be a key part of our on-site IT support team working to ensure smooth operations and a high level of service for our employees.
About the Role:
As a Site Support Technician you will be responsible for local IT support at our Bekkajordet site working alongside one other team member. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing support for clients (PC/mobile) printers meeting room technology and other IT solutions. You will also handle the physical installation of new IT equipment and manage goods reception and delivery for IT hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support for clients mobile devices and peripherals.
- Manage support for printing solutions and meeting room technology.
- Handle the installation and physical implementation of IT hardware.
- Receive and deliver IT equipment.
- Collaborate with team members at different locations to solve IT issues.
Qualification Requirements:
- Experience:
- Demonstrated operational IT competence and experience.
- Hands-on experience with the physical implementation of IT infrastructure and hardware.
- Proficiency in Windows and Office 365.
- Personal Qualities:
- You are outgoing positive and service-minded.
- Language:
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English.
Teamwork & Expectations:
You will be part of the COM Site Management & On Site Support team a global team of 15 people. While your primary focus will be at the Bekkajordet site you will have the opportunity to collaborate and receive support from two other team members located at Strandpromenaden. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can leverage your skills to deliver high-quality IT support.
