The Opportunity

Were expanding our Strategy & Technology Consulting team in Oslo and looking for someone with a great knowledge of commercial industries in the region (Oil & Gas Transport Manufacturing Banking Retail etc)

What Youll Do

• Advise senior leaders in commercial organizations on technology strategy and innovation.

• Deliver insights on operating models organizational design digital transformation use cases technology acquisitions sourcing delivery oversight and transformation engagement governance.

• Support decision-making with data-driven analysis helping clients optimize IT investments and drive mission-critical success.

• Lead engagements across a broad area of technology areas; such as cloud transformation applications modernization sourcing strategy and program assurance.

What Were Looking For

• Extensive experience in technology-led transformation within the commercial sectors prevalent to Norway (example industries)

• A consultative approach to sales and business development ideally with experience of winning IT advisory/consulting engagements

• A strong understanding of strategic planning IT governance and digital innovation to help commercial organisations meet their strategic aims

• Familiarity with frameworks for CIO advisory value realization and program assurance.

• A relevant academic background (MBA is a plus).
