Our fintech client is looking to hire a social media manager (in-house). This is your chance to lead social for a global trading brand thats serious about content culture and conversion. You wont just be scheduling pretty posts or chasing trends youll be shaping the voice of a multi-asset brokerage thats bold fast-moving and expanding.

The client is seeking a candidate with a stable career history long-term commitment. Were looking for a candidate that is more strategic in their approach can take the lead improvise and go further than creating routine posts.

  • Develop and execute a multi-region social strategy
  • Create engaging interactive content
  • Find and Work with influencers and drive creative campaigns end-to-end

What youll be doing (that matters):

  • Designing and owning a social strategy that isnt just aligned with business goals it helps drive them.
  • Creating high-performing content across channels and regions. From bite-sized trading tips to deep-dive market explainers youll plan it shape it and ship it.
  • Tapping into the mindset of traders investors and analysts globally so the content you push out hits the mark.
  • Collaborating with in-house designers marketers analysts and product teams to keep everything sharp on-brand and genuinely useful.
  • Running paid social campaigns that do more than spend budget they drive qualified traffic generate leads and build loyalty.
  • Using AI tools to streamline workflows surface insights and jump on market moments that matter.
  • Reporting like a pro: analytics insights optimisations repeat.

Youll need to bring:

  • Solid proven experience running social for a forex fintech or financial services brand.
  • Sharp understanding of global trading cultures and digital behaviour across regions.
  • Track record managing paid campaigns and content calendars like a pro.
  • A data-first mindset comfortable with metrics dashboards and actionable insights.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills written visual and strategic.
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools social schedulers and analytics platforms.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. Youll lead but youll also do.

Bonus if you have:

  • A relevant degree in Marketing Comms or similar.
  • Certifications in digital or social media strategy.
  • Experience scaling brand engagement in regulated markets.

  • Salary range:gross (depending on experience and skills)
