We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead innovate and scale our global hiring function. This is a key strategic role for someone ready to build modern data-driven recruitment practices partner closely with business leaders and help shape the future of EMCDs global team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders driving recruitment excellence across multiple functions and regions.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring cycle from talent mapping and sourcing strategy to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Conduct hiring briefings and calibration sessions with managers to ensure clear aligned expectations.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (X-ray Boolean and international search) to attract top global talent.
- Analyze key hiring metrics identify bottlenecks and implement data-informed process improvements.
- Strengthen EMCDs employer brand through meaningful candidate experiences and targeted recruitment marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve recruitment workflows and tools.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition ideally within tech Web3 or sales-driven environments.
- Proven success in closing Senior and Executive-level roles across multiple markets.
- Advanced or Native level of English plus proficiency in another language.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset capable of translating metrics into strategic insights.
- High level of self-management ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in direct sourcing ATS management and candidate engagement techniques.
