We are seeking an experienced and IATA accredited Travel Consultant / Partner to join our clients team and play a key role in driving growth within the travel and tourism division.

Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on travel options flight bookings accommodation visas insurance and tour packages.
- Handle individual and corporate travel arrangements ensuring cost-effective and efficient solutions.
- Manage customer inquiries quotations bookings confirmations and post-travel follow-ups.
- Monitor fare rules ticket validity refunds and cancellations.
- Maintain compliance with IATA regulations and company policies.
- Develop and manage relationships with airlines hotels tour operators and other travel partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities corporate accounts and niche markets.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to business growth initiatives.
- Manage billing invoicing and reconciliation of ticketing accounts.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales commissions and financial transactions in line with IATA requirements.
- Support budgeting forecasting and revenue growth strategies.
- Ensure all bookings and travel documentation meet international travel regulations and company standards.
- Stay updated on travel advisories airline policies and visa regulations.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

- Strong network within the travel and tourism industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both retail and corporate travel portfolios.
- Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a partnership/business growth model.
Qualifications:
- IATA accreditation.
