Job Description
Campaign Services & Staffing Coordinator
FedTec is hiring organized and detail-focused Campaign Services & Staffing Coordinators to support candidate services and Vote Center staffing operations during the Sacramento County election cycle. This is an ideal role for individuals with strong clerical organizational and communication skills.
Location: Sacramento CA (100% onsite)
Job Type: (6 weeks to 8 weeks)
Responsibilities:
- Proofread candidate statements and ballot measures in teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support Vote Center staffing operations recruiting calling and scheduling trained election workers.
- Assist in testing election equipment to ensure proper functionality before deployment.
- Partner with County IT staff as a Tech Companion to provide onsite support at Vote Centers (driver roles require DMV check).
- Accurately maintain staffing databases and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail for proofreading and clerical tasks.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish English/Chinese or English/Vietnamese a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Teams) helpful.
- Valid driver s license with clean record required for Tech Companion roles.
- Willingness to work long hours evenings and weekends close to Election Day
