Job Description Summary

Marketing to maintain and develop community referral sources. Plan and attend local marketing events.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

Acts as a physician liaison to develop and maintain a positive relationship between the referral coordinator physician and the company
Establishes and maintains an ongoing public relations program and marketing plan to increase community understanding improve relations with physicians and other care clinicians.
Meetswith referral coordinators/community resources on an ongoing basis to develop and maintain a positive relationship and generate referrals.
Researches for and schedules community marketing opportunities.
Assists colleagues with tasks as needed to ensure efficient work flow within the company.
Implements plan of action based on staffing needs.
Prepares and update weekly reports marketing reports.
Utilize and maintain budget for marketing purposes.

Position Qualifications

High school graduate required. Must be able to read and write English. Bachelors degree and experience in health care or related field preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with all segments of staff.
Creativity and outgoing personality.
Willingness to help others.
Must have valid drivers license and auto insurance.

This position requires 4 days out in the field marketing (visiting referral sources) and one day in the office.
