Job Summary

Sales and client management:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Offer freight forwarding services including international and domestic options.
- Pursue additional freight business from current clients.
- Solution development:
  - Identify client shipping needs and propose tailored solutions.
  - Create quotes for services.
  - Develop an understanding of air sea and overland products.
- Skills and qualifications
  - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  - Goal-oriented self-motivated and disciplined.
  - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and CRM software.
  - Knowledge of logistics services (air sea land customs) is often required.
  - Ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
  - Conflict resolution diplomacy and tact.
  - 2 years freight forwarding experience
