Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Support the Strategic PMO with planning monitoring and reporting on integration activities.
Coordinate inputs from Finance HR IT Operations and Commercial teams.
Develop and maintain integration project trackers dashboards and documentation.
Monitor risks issues and dependencies escalating where required.
Facilitate meetings workshops and workstreams to ensure progress against the integration plan.
Support change management and communication initiatives to ensure smooth transition.
Prepare progress reports presentations and updates for management and stakeholders
