The Procurement Intern you will support the procurement team by ensuring the accuracy of contracts collecting and consolidating vendor quotations and assessing vendor performance. The role also involves sourcing new vendors tracking procurement details and assisting with payment progress in collaboration with the Finance department.
What You Will Do
Support checking the accuracy of procurement contracts according to the Company policy
Collect influencer contact info quotation per the latest date checking and the status of job confirmation
Consolidate vendors quotations per campaign brief and perform a comparison.
Vendor assessment/ranking: to track how many ratecards are received from vendors and give an overall evaluation of their performance.
New vendor sourcing: keep track of vendor info credentials rate card
Support to ensure the procurement of services/products is correct in quantity and quality according to the departments requirements
Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions agreed with vendors (delivery terms payment terms etc.)
Supporting cooperation with the Finance department for effective payment progress
Other tasks as directed by the Procurement Manager
Who You Are
A recognized university degree
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good at Microsoft Word Excel Google Shee and Google Slides is a must
Highly motivated with a desire to learn
Attention to detail the ability to multitask
Be able to commit to working full-time for at least 3 months
