Job Description

Role: Assistant Manager Finance Gurugram
Experience: 4-5 years
Salary: Up to 7.5 LPA

About the role:

As an Assistant Manager Finance you will be responsible for the end-to-end financial operations of the organization. This includes ensuring compliance accuracy and efficiency across all processes. You will also play a key role in financial reporting audits and regulatory adherence while helping with strategic planning and process improvements. This position requires strong technical expertise problem-solving skills and the confidence to collaborate with different teams and guide junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management & Accounting: Oversee daily accounting maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely monthly closures.

  • GST & TDS Compliance: Manage GST and TDS processes which includes applicability checks deductions reconciliations and timely filings.

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review financial reports MIS budgets and forecasts to provide actionable insights for management.

  • Banking & Treasury: Handle bank reconciliations cash flow monitoring and vendor/employee payments to ensure effective treasury control.

  • Audit & Compliance: Work with statutory and internal auditors to ensure smooth audits and regulatory compliance.

  • Process Improvements: Identify gaps and implement improvements for efficiency automation and stronger financial controls.

  • Team Support: Guide and support junior finance executives with their daily tasks and ensure they follow company policies.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4- 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance.

  • Expertise in GST and TDS compliance including filings reconciliations and regulatory adherence.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting practices.

  • Proficiency in accounting software like Zoho Books Tally QuickBooks SAP or similar programs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
