Who We Are: Audit Friendly is partnering with a highly acquisitive PE-backed chemical lawncare company with $40M in revenue to find two Senior Accountants (Finance Business Partners) to join their growing team in Alpharetta GA.
About the Role:
As a Senior Accountant (Finance Business Partner) you will play a key role in supporting the companys financial operations working closely with leadership to provide critical insights drive efficiencies and enhance financial decision-making. This is a full-time in-office role in Alpharetta GA ideal for a proactive professional looking to grow in a dynamic acquisition-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a financial liaison between accounting FP&A and operations ensuring financial integrity and accuracy.
Lead month-end close processes including reconciliations journal entries and financial statement preparation.
Support integration efforts for acquired businesses aligning financial processes and reporting.
Develop and maintain key financial reports budgets and forecasts.
Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives providing financial insights and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
3-6 years of progressive accounting experience ideally in a PE-backed acquisitive or multi-entity environment.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth-oriented company.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
