Let your dedication to enhancing lives radiate in this role where you will serve as the initial point of contact providing invaluable assistance to patients in activating their ECG Solutions heart monitor.
Your role:
Engage in outbound phone calls to support patients in activating their monitoring devices and provide technical assistance as needed.
Efficiently manage daily and weekly patient call lists while coordinating with Clinics and Account Executives to address service delays or cancellations.
Contribute to the success of the Patient Services department by meeting key performance indicators and upholding a high standard of quality in a collaborative team-based setting.
Initial training spans 3 weeks Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm CST under the mentorship of an Educator in a structured hands-on setting.
Following training you will enter a 12-week ramp-up period working Monday through Friday from 11:00am-7:30pm CST with a holiday rotation.
Youre the right fit if:
You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Education.
Youve acquired 6 months of customer service experience whether over the phone or in-person.
Your skills include strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications strong technical acumen and excellent computer skills along with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple technical platforms simultaneously while adapting to change with ease. Skills in troubleshooting and providing technical support are preferred.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
Youre an excellent communicator maintain professionalism empathy and patience in all support interactions.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Chicago IL is $18.00-$26.00.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
