Job Description
Voter & Public Support Representative
FedTec is seeking customer-service-oriented Voter & Public Support Representatives to assist Sacramento County voters by answering questions resolving issues and providing election information in a neutral professional manner. Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
Location: Sacramento CA (100% onsite)
Job Type: Temporary / Full-time during election period
Responsibilities:
- Answer public inquiries via phone (ballot status Vote Center locations hours voter registration information).
- Provide support to Vote Centers experiencing technical issues (using troubleshooting guides and escalation processes).
- Assist voters in-person at front counter with registration ballot reissue or in-person voting needs.
- Contact voters to resolve missing or mismatched signature issues.
- Record accurate call details voter information and case resolutions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish English/Chinese or English/Vietnamese highly preferred.
- Prior customer service or call center experience a plus.
- Ability to remain neutral professional and courteous under pressure.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends; punctuality required.
