Job Description
International forwarder is looking for Japanese Bilingual Branch Manager including Moving Department Manager role.
Branch Management
Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with company policies.
Supervise and support branch staff ensuring a safe efficient and customer-focused environment.
Moving Department Management
Drive company vehicles and participate in moving work as needed including packing unpacking loading unloading palletizing breaking pallets vanning/devanning and warehousing.
Conduct job estimates confirm customer requirements and ensure services are delivered to meet expectations.
International Mover experience required (hands-on packing loading/unloading warehouse work customer interaction).
Ability to drive company vehicles (valid drivers license and clean driving record required).
Bilingual: Japanese (business-level for customer service) and English (for internal communication).
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to balance physical moving duties with branch management responsibilities.
Car allowance - $600 per month
