What will be your main responsibilities
- Operate as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Ensure the timely delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
- Provide great customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Assist in identifying opportunities to expand our business with existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to introduce new functionalities and products to clients
- Encourage clients to implement our solutions and support them in optimizing their performance
- Work closely with our sales team to achieve targets while prioritizing client satisfaction
- Maintain clear communication on project status and updates
- Assist in creating and maintaining relevant documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- Embark on business trips and explore new horizons
What are we looking for
- 3 years of relevant experience in a business account management or similar role
- Passion for sports and a good understanding of the industry
- Very good communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Good listening negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
What would be a bonus
- Previous experience using Jira and Confluence
- Strong technical and business orientation
