Job Description
Position Title: Senior Resident Radiology
Department: Radiology
Location: Sir H N Reliance Foundation Hospital Girgaon Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assist in diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray Ultrasound CT MRI and Interventional Radiology (as per training).
- Interpret imaging studies and prepare preliminary reports for review by faculty.
- Participate in patient consultations case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Assist in interventional procedures under supervision.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain radiation safety protocols.
- Contribute to academic teaching presentations and clinical research.
- Guide and mentor junior residents and interns.
- Participate in departmental rounds emergency calls and on-call duties as required.
- Maintain proper documentation records and reports as per hospital protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: MBBSMD/DNB in Radiology from a recognized institution
- Experience: Fresh MD/DNB graduates or candidates with up to 5 years of experience post-graduation
- Registration: Valid Maharashtra Medical Council registration
- Good communication teamwork and patient management skills
- Commitment to academic learning and research
