Amazons Japan Consumer Innovation (JCI) Retail Efficiency Scaling and Tech (REST) Team is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to contribute to our mission of developing selling partner capabilities through quality support solutions. The role involves owning strategy roadmap and promotion of new educational services and programs to empower selling partners on Amazon to thrive. As a key strategic leader you will assume end-to-end ownership of our partner education products & programs defining the long-term vision addressing complex needs to enhance satisfaction and driving revenue growth through these educational offerings while collaborating with both local and global business teams.
You will bring together advanced product management expertise empirical data social engagement and technology while developing comprehensive strategies for Amazon educational programs that increase selling partner capabilities. This position requires exceptional leadership skills a proven ability to cultivate strong partnerships and the capacity to provide strategic consultation to influence multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities conducting competitive analysis and driving product development from conception to launch.
