About the role
A Supervisor at BlueRock Books plays a vital role in overseeing and improving the performance productivity efficiency and quality of the teams client work. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring consistent achievement of operational KPIs and delivering outstanding quality client outcomes. By inspiring and motivating their team the Supervisor ensures operational excellence high employee engagement and continuous service improvement.
