Job Summary
The Enterprise Platformservices team needs an experienced Salesforce solutions designer/architect towork with teams to transition legacy applications design new solutions andmake the most efficient and effective use of the DHHS Salesforce duties will include:
Provide cost time andresource efforts for new EPSG demands and enhancements
Participate in strategicand tactical planning with business partners vendors and organizational unitmanagement
Provide consultation andplanning for specific modifications and enhancements to productionapplications/information systems
Assist applicationsdevelopment staff while serving as a point of escalation for difficult problems
Make recommendations tomanagement on enterprise development practices standards and tools
Mentor and train otherorganizational unit applications development staff in standard developmentpractices standards and tools when requested
Monitor efforts for quality assurance and adherence to state departmental and divisional standards and procedures
Conduct platform assessment and performance monitoring to avoid preventable interruption of production and to provide optimum quality service to the clients
Coordinate application assessment and performance monitoring with development teams
