This will be a concept that endeavours to be a trailblazer amongst the local F&B scene and we are currently on the hunt for talents to join us in this pre-opening journey set to commence in quarter 4 of 2025!
Ideal candidate:
- Japanese-speaking and an avid Japanese culture enthusiast (including all things food and wine)
- A minimum of two years experience in a busy venue
- Have the ability to develop train and mentor members of the F&B (Front of House) team
- To work alongside the Chef de Cuisine/Head Chef of the Japanese restaurant in formulating F&B menus and ensuring the units profitability is managed marketing is achieved and team members are engaged
- Ability to work well in a team as well as organised punctual and reliable
- A friendly energetic and hard-working attitude
- This is a hands-on role and you must be available to work weekdays and weekends as this is a 7-day rotating roster
