Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and shaping the future of aerial innovation Were looking for a strategic and driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand and growth initiatives in the rapidly evolving Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) sector. Based in Burnaby BC this role offers a unique
opportunity to work at the intersection of aerospace robotics and data intelligence.
As our Marketing Manager youll be responsible for crafting and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate our brand drive demand and position our products as leaders in commercial industrial and defense applications. Youll collaborate cross-functionally with product sales and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced innovation-driven environment and has a deep understanding of B2B marketing digital channels and the nuances of the manufacturing and aerospace industries.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in office and 2 days per week working remote.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation brand awareness and brand elevation to support sales growth and pipeline health.
  • Plan coordinate and execute participation in tradeshows while maintaining strong relationships with key industry affiliations.
  • Develop our digital media and content strategy and presence that aligns with companys objectives and marketing goals.
  • Management and execution of all digital marketing initiatives including implementing SEO/SEM best practices for the website growth and maintenance of our marketing contact database email marketing and social media.
  • Oversee the marketing budget ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation and provide weekly reports are aligned with ad spend and strategy.
  • Create a framework to measure ROI effectiveness for all your marketing programs and continuously optimize ROI.
  • Measure track and optimize on channel and program performance so that we consistently achieve and exceed key brand and growth KPIs.
  • Oversee production of your direct report to ensure high-quality content across various platforms and content (social media posts blog posts videos infographics podcasts etc.)
  • Oversee creative marketing material development for all digital campaigns (web content landing pages ads copy).
  • Oversee production of supporting marketing collateral updates and production including brochures PowerPoint presentations infographics trade show customer demos sell sheets and case studies.
  • Work with web developer team to ensure the website looks and functions well on all devices especially mobiles.
  • Oversee the use of tools (Google Analytics etc.) to track website traffic user behavior and other essential metrics.
  • Use platforms to complete A/B test website elements and improve conversion rates.
  • Collect potential customer data for further marketing activities and turn website visitors into paying customers.
  • Work closely with other departments such as design sales and product to ensure a unified brand voice and message.
  • Understand the target audience leveraging insights to produce relevant content.
  • Stay updated on content marketing trends ensuring the companys content strategy remains innovative.
  • Work with sales and customer service to incorporate surveys or feedback mechanisms to understand user experience and include in reporting strategy.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelors degree in business marketing communications or a related field.
  • Specializations (e.g. digital marketing) may be preferred for some roles.
Work Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing sales or communications.
  • Managerial experience in leading marketing campaigns or teams is beneficial.
Additional Qualifications (Optional):
  • Certifications like Certified Business Manager (CBM).
  • Continuous learning to stay updated with marketing trends.
