Kinetic ITs talent team work hard to support the business with bringing in top tier talent. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our early careers portfolio. This is a high volume role that requires running and managing our service desk roles within Kinetic IT. Furthermore this role will manage our traineeship programme and cadetship recruitment.
Responsibilities will include:
Taking role briefings to assist with resourcing account needs
Managing the recruitment campaign end to end; from advertising and internal recruitment process to external advertising managing multiple applications and using our ATS systems for administration and tracking
Volume screening of candidates
Running our assessment centres and traineeship programmes
Appropriate use of tools such as LinkedIn Seek other forums/channels
Working closely with managers and providing regular updates
Managing external candidates through the process
Complete administrative tasks in line with company SLAs
Support any in house or external events supporting the TA and early careers function
Assist with projects if required
What youll bring to the table:
Proven track record working in a recruitment advisory role supporting early careers
Ability to work with volume applications whilst providing a seamless experience for both managers and candidates
Any experience with Pageup would be highly regarded
Experience presenting to a room of young starters would be highly regarded
Strong stakeholder management
Precision organisation
Attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
