As a student assistant to our Technical Workforce Planner you will become an important part of the team working with planning and resource will gain insight into and experience with:
- Supporting staffing and capacity planning
- Data analysis and reporting
- Administrative tasks related to workforce planning
- Communication with technicians and management
- Preparation establishment and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
We are looking for someone who:
- Is studying economics commercial law or a related field
- Has strong analytical skills and an interest in planning
- Is detail-oriented and structured in their approach to tasks
- Has good communication skills and thrives in a coordinating role
- Experience with Excel or other analytical tools is an advantage
