Job Description
Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a non-bank consumer lender in their search for a SVP of Compliance.
The SVP of Compliance is responsible for the development implementation and oversight of the companys compliance program including regulatory affairs consumer protection and internal governance. This senior leader will ensure that the company remains compliant with all applicable federal and state lending laws rules and regulations.
Education: Juris Doctor is required and must be in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia or Texas.
Experience: 10 years of experience in compliance legal or regulatory roles within financial services fintech or banking. Experience working with regulatory agencies and leading regulatory examinations.
