Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance brand visibility and drive growth in alignment with the firms strategic goals.
- Oversee brand consistency across all channels ensuring all marketing materials reflect the companys vision values and aesthetics.
- Drive targeted campaigns to attract new clients nurture leads and increase client retention.
- Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO social media email marketing and content strategy to boost online presence and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality content such as case studies project showcases and thought leadership pieces for blogs press releases and other channels.
- Develop targeted campaigns and collateral to showcase the companys portfolio emphasizing key projects and achievements.
- Organize and execute company sponsored events conferences or exhibitions to increase visibility and general leads.
- Conduct research to stay updated on market trends competitor strategies and client needs to guide marketing decisions and adapt strategies.
- Establish and manage the marketing budget allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Lead mentor and develop the marketing team fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Work closely with MVE leadership sales and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure messaging consistency.
- Track analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using insights to refine and optimize strategies.
- Represents the firm to clients peer organizations and business associates.
- Maintains and ensures confidentiality of all sales and marketing data; selectively sharing relevant information with only strategic partners and vendors as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Graphic design or related field.
- 10 years of marketing experience and long-range planning required.
- Hands on Experience with SEO social media (Facebook Twitter Instagram Google ETC) Digital Ads Website Management Copy Writing.
- Experience working within the AEC Industry required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of market developments strategies and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficiency using InDesign Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint and Outlook)
- Proficiency with layouts and graphics.
- Experience using CRM systems (i.e. Deltek Vision etc.)
