Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to develop and manage relationships with professionals such as property managers insurance brokers plumbers and public adjusters. The goal is to create a network of loyal referral partners who consistently direct restoration projects.
This position requires persistence strong communication skills and the ability to build trust in a competitive market. With a base salary and commission structure the role offers significant earning potential for a motivated closer who can cultivate long-term partnerships and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify engage and build relationships with referral partners (e.g. property managers insurance brokers plumbers public adjusters).
- Promote services and provide compelling reasons for partners to refer business.
- Manage outside sales activities across NY NJ and PA territories.
- Negotiate and structure referral incentives to win competitive opportunities.
- Track leads referrals and pipeline progress.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience (preferably outside sales).
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with professionals in related industries.
- Highly motivated resilient and goal-oriented.
- Ability to manage a territory and travel as needed across NY NJ and PA.
