Due to an internal promotion we currently have a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage one of our teams of underwriting specialists in the personal insurance business. You will lead a high-performing team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences across the entire journey from quote to renewal.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building strong and lasting relationships with partners (bankers broker and advisers).
- Providing appropriate reporting to partners to improve the service standards.
- Attending operational partner meetings to report on team service and activities in order maintain and improve service delivery.
- Recruiting developing leading and motivating a highly performing team within our contact centre environment.
- Driving process simplification within the business.
- Ensuring efficiency and productivity goals are met.
What youll need to succeed
- Previous demonstrated insurance experience within a contact centre environment
- Excellent relationship management skills
- The ability to positively influence a team and others around you
- Excellent communication skills with experience in writing reports and presenting to large groups
- A customer centric focus
- The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
