Experience: 5 Years (including 2 in a leadership role)
Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or Business Administration

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the ERP team in delivering stable secure and efficient ERP system support.

• Oversee full lifecycle management of ERP modulesupgrades optimization and integrations.

• Gather and analyze business requirements identify process gaps and recommend tailored ERP solutions.

• Ensure system compliance with IT security policies and audit requirements.

• Mentor team members and empower end-users through training and guidance.

• Act as a liaison between ERP and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

• Collaborate with external vendors or third-party providers for system support when required.

What You Bring

• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.

• 5 years of ERP experience including 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

• In-depth understanding of ERP systems from both functional and technical perspectives.

• Demonstrated experience across the ERP implementation lifecyclerequirements gathering configuration testing rollout and support.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative mindset.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with SQL databases reporting tools like Power BI or SSRS and integration protocols (APIs EDI).
